HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT:
As a Digital Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing collateral that enhances the Carter’s, OshKosh and Little Planet brands in our digital space. Your role will directly contribute to the brand’s online presence, ensuring high-quality creative content that aligns with our marketing strategy.
This role typically reports into the Creative Director and is based in our Buckhead office in our hybrid work environment.
- 50%: Support the eCommerce design team on all creative content, designing assets for multiple channels as well as concepting laydown photography. Design and implement approved concepts through creation of final art for production.
- 40%: Adapt and revise creative assets in response to business needs and marketing strategy shifts, ensuring consistency and brand alignment.
- 10%: Research and explore industry trends to refine design strategies and maintain a library of inspiration for ongoing projects.
WE’D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF:
Must have:
- Strong Visual and Typographic Skills - A keen eye for layout, color theory, and typography.
- Proficiency in Design Software - Expertise in tools like Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite. Experience with motion graphics and/or video editing software a plus.
- Adaptability and Problem-Solving Skills - Ability to adjust designs based on feedback, industry trends, and evolving brand needs while working collaboratively with a team.
Preferred skills and experience:
- 2+ years of experience (some in a fast-paced, digital marketing environment a plus).
- Strong track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously while balancing tight deadlines and maintaining high-quality design standards.
- A strong understanding of digital marketing trends, UX principles and responsive design is a plus.
